We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or any other policies we establish.

2. Intellectual Property

The services and all materials therein, including software, images, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Pitvi and its licensors.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or generate using Pitvi. By using the services, you grant Pitvi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving the services.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Pitvi for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers or networks connected to the services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services or any other accounts or computer systems.
• Upload or transmit any viruses or other malicious code.
• Use any automated means to access the services without our express written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pitvi and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.

5. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time by posting the modified terms on the Pitvi website. Your continued use of the services after the terms have been modified indicates your agreement to the modified terms.
